Terms of Service

By using ReviewPlus you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

ReviewPlus provides automated review request software for businesses. We send SMS and email messages to your customers on your behalf.

You agree to:

• Only send review requests to customers who have a genuine existing relationship with your business
• Not use ReviewPlus to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and US TCPA if operating in the United States
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Provide accurate business information

You must not use ReviewPlus to:

• Send messages to purchased contact lists
• Incentivise or pay for reviews (violates Google policy)
• Harass or repeatedly contact customers who have opted out
• Impersonate another business

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments result in account suspension after 7 days

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from customers before sending SMS. ReviewPlus provides the tool — you are responsible for how you use it.

You authorise ReviewPlus to read your Google reviews and post replies on your behalf when you click "Post Reply". We do not auto-post without your action unless you enable the auto-reply setting.

ReviewPlus and its content are owned by ReviewPlus. You retain ownership of your business data and customer data.

ReviewPlus is not liable for:

• SMS delivery failures due to carrier issues
• Google API downtime or policy changes
• Loss of reviews or Google rating changes
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia for AU users and the laws of Delaware, United States for US users.
